Role: Regional Resource and Compliance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial planning, monitoring and reporting.
• Supporting Sub-award Management activities in the field.
• Staff Supervision and Capacity building.
• Ensure cash transfers to participants meet program policies.
• Facilitation of Audit.
• Ensure program compliance to USAID, CARE and Government policies in field operation.
• Supporting Program Operations and Closing.
• Adhere to and support CARE Bangladesh’s Safety and Security policy and systems.
• Safeguarding.

• Master’s degree in Finance discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a management position in Finance and Administration.
