Job Responsibilities:     

• Make territory-wise sales plan and achieve monthly secondary sales target.
• Lead SR's sales team and assess sales performance according to sales KPI.
• Ensure sales growth and explore untapped markets.
• Analyze sales data, sales trends, and market competition and prepare sales reports.
• Manage distributors and ensure the availability of products to all relevant outlets of the assigned territory/area.

Requirements:

• Graduation from any reputed university with decent academic record.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skill 
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Motorbike riding skills will be an added advantage.
