Job Responsibilities:
- To manage the warehouse competence and discipline of warehouse staff.
- To manage and supervise the distribution operations of the assigned territory.
- Monitoring the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
- Control stock and maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensuring all aspects of work and process are carried out in line with Health, Safety, and ISO guidelines.
- Continually improve and develop processes and procedures as appropriate.
- Monitor, lead, and motivate the team members to achieve business goals.
- Manage material transfers and collection records.
- Manage delivery route plans, vehicles, drivers, and couriers.
- Creating management reports on a required basis, dealing with all aspects.
Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters from any reputed university in any discipline.
- 4 to 5 years experience in inventory/ store/ warehouse management in the FMCG or building material industry.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
