Role: Senior Executive, Project Management (Process, R&D, Quality and Regulatory)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and execute all project-related activities for Production, Quality Control, Research and Development, and Microbiology equipment across all pharmaceutical sites by the Time Responsibility Plan (Gantt Chart).
- Collect and review all necessary documentation, including User Requirement Specifications (URS), updated drawings, layouts, and qualification documents from relevant personnel, manufacturers, suppliers, or vendors.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks related to qualification exercises in line with the Gantt Chart.
- Participate in all qualification activities for the Life Cycle Management of equipment, including Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
- Compile and maintain comprehensive project files in adherence to current regulatory Goods.
- Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- M. Pharm from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Production/ Quality Control/Microbiology/ Research and Development/Technical Services Department in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills.
