Role: Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Install and configure RHEL/CentOS Linux DNS, DHCP, Apache, Proxy, Firewall, Mail server with Anti-SPAM and Content filter and RedHat Directory server.
• Must be able to install and configure Windows Server 2012, 2016, or 2019.
• Must be able to handle Active Directory (User, Computer, Organization Unit, GP) Windows Server 2012, 2016, or 2019.
• Microsoft Office365 configuration on user Desktop/Laptop/Mobile, Microsoft Teams / One-Drive Support and maintain admin panel.
• Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing Network Security, Group Policy, Gateway, Firewall, VPN, and TCP/IP protocol.
• Maintain, configure, and support network servers such as file servers, DHCP servers, DNS servers, Data backup servers, IP cameras, VPN, gateways, and intrusion detection systems.
• Basic Database and T-SQL Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
• Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities.
• Have control of IT Asset management such as desktop, laptop, printer, and other IT equipment user’s information, hardware entity, reallocation or relocation information, damage or obsolete information, service information, etc. Also, maintain all types of IT stock collaboration with the SCM department.

Requirements:

• Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a reputed University.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 22 years.
• Hands-on experience on a Linux-based mail server, RHCE certification is preferable.
• knowledge in Windows Server, and Microsoft Exchange server.
• Hands-on basic knowledge of SQL language.
• knowledge in networking systems and devices (like- BGP, RIP, OSPF ).
• Must be able to work under pressure and handle the job independently.
• Must be a team player.
• The position is Head Office based but requires occasional visits to the organisation's branches all over the country.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
