Role: Sr. Executive and Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Capable of finding root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Identify and report any deviations from quality standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Lead and contribute to the development of training programs for quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with OEM quality standards and regulations.
Oversee and manage color-matching processes to ensure consistency across automotive finishes.
Conduct inspections to identify and address any defects in the paint application process.
Provide effective input for the new IATF QMS (Quality Management System).

Requirements:

Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
Experience: At least 1 year.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

Age at least 22 years.
Quality Mindset: Ability to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Technical Competence: Knowledge of automobile parts, materials, and functions.
Color Matching and Consistency: Monitor and maintain color quality throughout the production process.
Understanding of Quality Standards: Familiarity with OEM quality standards governing automobile assembly.
Paint Application Inspection: Implement and oversee testing protocols for paint application.
Thickness, adhesion, and curing. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies.

Job Location: Gazipur.

Salary: Negotiable.
