Role: Sr. Executive and Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Capable of finding root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Identify and report any deviations from quality standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of training programs for quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM quality standards and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage color-matching processes to ensure consistency across automotive finishes.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and address any defects in the paint application process.
  • Provide effective input for the new IATF QMS (Quality Management System).

Requirements:

  • Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 1 year.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at least 22 years.
  • Quality Mindset: Ability to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Technical Competence: Knowledge of automobile parts, materials, and functions.
  • Color Matching and Consistency: Monitor and maintain color quality throughout the production process.
  • Understanding of Quality Standards: Familiarity with OEM quality standards governing automobile assembly.
  • Paint Application Inspection: Implement and oversee testing protocols for paint application.
  • Thickness, adhesion, and curing. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Proficient in root cause analysis methodologies.

 

Job Location: Gazipur.

Salary: Negotiable.
