Role: Software Test Engineer 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Setting up test environments, developing test plans, and executing test cases.
• Running tests in multiple environments.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking systems.
• Automation: Test script development and maintenance periodically.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering.
• B.Sc / M.Sc in CSE/SE/IIT/ EEE from top-ranking local or foreign universities with excellent results.
• The minimum CGPA must be 3:00 out of 4.00 at the undergraduate level.
• Experience Requirements: At most 3 years (s). 

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 32 years.
• Should have good knowledge of software engineering and testing processes.
• Interest in manual and automated test verification.
• Requires strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Knowledge of test management tools.
• Ability to think outside of the box and have passion for bug findings.
• ISTQB certification or related training would be a plus.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated person.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders in English
• Has good knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Proficient knowledge of Python would be an added advantage.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and tools and contribute to improving the testing process within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to have a keen eye for attention to detail to track smaller changes.
