Role: General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up Institutional Sales/Corporate sales goals and develop corporate sales strategies.
- Execute the sales strategy to ensure the organization's vision is realized.
- Hitting monthly targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Sales/corporate clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our Farm machinery products (Harvester, Tractor, Rotavator), addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing sales revenue and profitability.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, consistently striving for growth and expansion in the corporate sales segment.
- Liaison with various Government offices like the Agriculture Ministry.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor/Honors, Masters.
- Experience: 12 to 18 years.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro-based Startup.

- Age at most 45 years.
