Role: Executive and Sr. Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the production plan, schedule, shift operation, and Project as per current GMP.
- Organize machines and manpower by making manufacturing shift schedules abide by current HSE requirements.
- Check production output and quality index according to plan.
- Preparation of KPI summary reports, SOPs, and Batch documents.
- Having good communication skills and agility for any new implementation.
- Implement new initiatives for productivity improvement.
Requirements:
- B. Pharm/ M. Pharm. from a UGC-approved university.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of hands-on experience in the Pharma Industry.
- Proper knowledge about TQM.
- Good in time management.
- Problem solver and well-disciplined.
- Strong interpersonal skills with great analytical ability.
- Experienced in System operations such as ERP/SAP, etc.
