Role: DGM, Admin Safety and Security (Factory Compound)

Job Responsibilities:           

• The position requires leading the overall Safety and Security functions of the Group to achieve the organization's objectives. It requires solid knowledge and hands-on experience in strategic safety and security activities.
• The incumbent will act as a change agent to accelerate organizational development and overall transformation. The Group is looking for experienced, energetic, dynamic, and aspiring candidates who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization's goal.
• Planned and directed the day-to-day activities of the Security Team, as well as the respective Complex Exercise command and control over the Security Team.
• Lead and develop effective security policies and procedures to save and secure the company's assets and complex.
• Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law, and order enforcing agencies as and when required.
• Notify security weaknesses and work to develop better practices throughout the complex.
• Plan and conduct safety and security awareness meetings with security personnel periodically.
• Implement security /safety improvement measures that benefit the company's assets, visitors, foreign buyers, and employees as directed by the management.
• Monitor the leave, attendance, and overtime of the Security Force; Asses the needs of the respective complex and the needs of new security personnel;
• Train the Security Team and handle their grievances; Dealing with incidents as and when required.

Requirements: 

• Experience: At least 14 years. 

Additional Requirements: 

• Age at least 35 years. 
• Proven experience in any security company (such as RMG, Textiles, FMCG, etc.) after retirement from the Armed Forces. Experienced in Armed Commando / Intelligence / NSI / DGFI / Armed Forces/RAB will be preferred.
• Being well-trained in HSE/plant safety and security will be preferred. Excellent communication, both written and spoken in English.
