Role: Deputy Manager and Manager Chemist (PVC)

Job Responsibilities:

• The production manager must collect market demand from distribution.
• He will plan the production process and manpower design with consult GM (plant) to fulfill market demand and company's monthly target of production cost-effectively.
• He will design weekly & monthly production processes, manpower use and machine utilization.
• He will provide the estimation of raw materials needed for achieving monthly targets by the company.
• He will give instructions to the shift in charge about daily production and be confirming that those instructions are done.
• He will monitor the production process and adjust the schedule as needed
• He will ensure product quality and productivity rate of production.
• He will ensure that his operator will not make wastage unnecessary.
• He will collect and analyze data on production and workers' efficiency.
• He will notify the admin if there is any dispute of production or rules regulations for any negligence.
• He will ensure production floor discipline and motivate workers to improve quality and efficiency.
• He will motivate workers to do better and arrange training sessions to improve the quality of manpower.
• He will insure safety and health guidelines as per company policy.
• He will complete production reports of Daily, weekly and monthly and handover to GM (plant).
• He will inform any faulty machine to maintain to insuring machine maintenance proper.
• He will maintain a relationship with QC, Maintenance, distribution and store department for smooth and quality production.

Requirements

• M.Sc (Chemistry)
• Experience Requirements: 7 to 10 years

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Attractive salary will be offered to eligible candidates.
