Role: Agriculture Production and Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing pest & disease management, fertilization, irrigation and other horticulture-related activities.
• Controlling insecticides and pesticides in vegetable and fruit gardens.
• Prepare & provide daily, Weekly & monthly reports to the management.
• Ensure manpower distribution, fertilization, watering and other intercultural operations throughout the culture period.
• Maintaining the stock register of different agricultural elements and reporting project updates to In Charge.
• Visit Dhaka or other cities for marketing of fruits and vegetables.
• Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Agriculture in Horticulture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Horticulture, Master of Science (MSc) in Horticulture
• Applicants with any degree in agriculture (preferably horticulture) can apply.
• Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University students will get preference
• Additional Requirements: Aged 20 to 35 years, Only males are allowed to apply

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 30000 (Monthly)

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2
• Lunch will be partially or fully subsidised if on duty outside the office. All travel expenses are to be paid at actual if on official duty.
