Role: Management Trainee Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up the budgeted manpower allotted in each operation in line.
- Feedback on line problem.
- Check the method when line feeding.
- Identify the bottleneck places.
- Monitor Individual Efficiency.
- New operator monitoring with capacity, capability, and handling Issues.
- Monitoring low-efficiency operators and physically verifying 3 lowest lowest-efficiency operators daily and highlighting to line might to get corrective action.
- Check the individual and line efficiency reports.
- Maintain required MIS
Requirements:
- IPE graduates from BUET/KUET/SUST/CUET/RUET/AUST or any reputed university.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 25 years.
- Should be an excellent team player and also very sharp and smart, with a charming personality.
- Should have the analytical ability, time management, and a record of accomplishment.
- Should be computer literate.
- Energetic, confident, and proactive.
- Excellent English communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic to learn new processes and work as a strategic thinker.
- Positive attitude and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Job Location: Dhaka, Gazipur.
Salary: Negotiable.
