Fully Funded Norway Scholarships 2023 for International Students

Admissions in Norwegian Universities are open for applications on the Norway Government's fully-funded Scholarships Without IELTS.
International students from all over the world are eligible to apply. The scholarships are for Bachelor’s, Master & PhD. Degree Programs. There is no tuition fee at the Public Universities of Norway for international students. Previously it was only for a few countries to get Tuition-free study; now, for all over the world.
It’s easy to get admission to Norwegian Universities; Applicants can also get scholarships even without IELTS.

How To Get exempted from Submitting IELTS Scores:
Step 1:
- There is no need to provide Language Proficiency like TOEFL or IELTS if the Previous Degree of Education has been taught in an English Medium institution.
- Applicant who has completed their Previous Education from an English Language Educational Institution can Fulfil the Requirements of Studying without IELTS.
- The Students Need to provide an official Certificate Printed on Headed and Stamped Paper as Evidence that their Previous Education was in English Medium.
Step 2: Online Test or Video Interview
- Some Universities might take an Online Interview. Once Your application is accepted, you will need to take an online interview.
Study without IELTS:
- First of all, look up universities in Norway and courses in Norway that meet your interest.
- Then need to see the ranking of Norway University by typing the university’s name into Google.
- You must apply to colleges in Norway that do not require IELTS.
- There is no need to provide Language Proficiency like TOEFL or IELTS if the Previous Degree of Education has been taught in an English Medium institution.
Norway student visa requirements:
- A completed application form
- A valid passport
- Two clearly identifiable passport-sized photos.
- Admission Letter to a full-time education program
- Evidence that you have a place to stay in Norway
- Proof of sufficient financial funds for the period of your study.
- Evidence that you will leave the country when your visa expires
- You should take a print of the completed and signed UDI document checklist and submit it along with your other documents.
