Responsibilities
- Reports to the CEO.
- Leading the profit and sales achievement in 5 years.
- Stay up to date with customer requirements and industry trends and communicate implications to top management.
- Develop sustainable SOPs for the entire shoe business and ensure they are being followed.
- Work on other initiatives as directed by top management.
- Oversee and grow the shoe export manufacturing business of the company in the region.
- Act as the chief representative of the shoe operations.
- Develop long-term strategies for profitable growth of the shoe business.
- Create an annual business plan and ensure its execution. Review the business regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 15+ years experience in handling footwear business operations.
- Rich, relevant technical and quality knowledge of sports, casual and safety footwear.
- Strong product development and marketing skills.
- Good understanding of shoe production.
- Proficiency in communicating in English.
