Job Responsibilities: 

• Reconciliation of factory manpower by budget and on-roll employees.
• Complete the whole recruitment process as per requirement. (Both direct and indirect)
• Monitor and maintain leave management in a factory and monitor regular attendance data.
• Work with the ERP system ( Recruitment module, Employee Central module, etc. of Success-Factor).
• Prepare salary-related data and submit it on time.

Requirements: 

• Educational Background: Minimum Bachelors in Human Resources.
• Management. (Preferred PGD in HRM)
• Experience: 2-4 years in HM (preferably factory premises).

Job Location: Gazaria, Munshiganj (Abdul Monem Economic Zone).
