Job Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of factory manpower by budget and on-roll employees.
- Complete the whole recruitment process as per requirement. (Both direct and indirect)
- Monitor and maintain leave management in a factory and monitor regular attendance data.
- Work with the ERP system ( Recruitment module, Employee Central module, etc. of Success-Factor).
- Prepare salary-related data and submit it on time.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Minimum Bachelors in Human Resources.
- Management. (Preferred PGD in HRM)
- Experience: 2-4 years in HM (preferably factory premises).
Job Location: Gazaria, Munshiganj (Abdul Monem Economic Zone).
