Role: Solution Manager (Power)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Solution design: Correctly understand the customer's pain points and design a competitive and deliverable solution that meets customer requirements.
• Market expansion: Explore opportunities, take charge of the market share, and participate in daily technical communication with customers and high-level communication with customers.
• Bidding activities: Understand the customer's bidding documents, be familiar with the bidding process, design solutions that meet the requirements of the customer's bidding documents, and ensure commercial profitability.
• Product marketing: Be responsible for the product and solution branding of the account group through product and solution brand planning and implementation.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Engineering, preferably in EEE, ETE, ECE, or IT.
• Experience Requirements: At least 4 years of working experience in the site energy industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with site power supply, energy storage (lithium batteries, lead-acid), and PV products is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English is required.
• A professional background in power electronics is preferred.
• Be familiar with sales project operations and have historical success experience. 

Job Location: Dhaka. 

Salary: As per the university salary scale.
