  • The applicant must be a young or mid-career professional actively engaged in leadership positions with demonstrated potential for advancement in their professional fields and a track record of public service.
  • Recent graduates who have completed their undergraduate degrees will not be eligible to apply.
  • Applicants must have completed at least four years of university education as a full-time student.
