Role: Field Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides specialized administrative support in developing, implementing, and marketing program/project functions.
- Coordinates activities of support staff, consultants, facility, and/or volunteers engaged in implementing and administrating program objectives.
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices.
- Work as per the budget guidance to ensure value for money.
- Manage communications at all levels without any gaps and lacking.
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain an agenda.
- Prepare paperwork and order material through PR, MFR, etc.
- Ensure the smooth running of the clinic, including set-up, support staff supervision, security, maintenance, and liaison with landlords, contractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain constant liaison with the Cox Bazar-based Friendship management, field team, and camp-based regulatory bodies, including CiC, ACiC, Site Management, and Community Health Working group.
- Support the PMs and SRHR specialist efforts to maintain a positive organizational climate with the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Support and follow through on administrative requirements.
- Support planning and coordination of the program and its activities.
- Support national recruitment drive for long-term strategy, including interviewing and inducting applicants.
- Support growth and program development.
- Ensure that all standardized forms are used, and guidelines are followed strictly.
- Work with the Program Manager to ensure a cash flow plan is established, and there is sufficient cash access at the clinic.
- Maintain spend tracking system.
- Support Base Logistics and Logistics Assistant with ad hoc procurement requests and stock replenishment.
- Develop and maintain a transparent and supportive communication structure with colleagues to inform them of relevant activities and requirements.
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.
- Manage staff scheduling to enable clinics to be open 24 hours.
- Administer team meetings and take notes/actions.
- Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.)
- Assist with setting up of facilities, staff accommodation/housing/transports.
- Initiate procurement of necessary items in consultation with SMO/ facility in charge; Keep constant follow-up of the PR and Monthly Fund Requisitions and also ensure that all the logistics reach in time.
Requirements:
- Masters level University degree with advanced training/ course in psychology, sociology, anthropology, gender studies, social work, international affairs, humanitarian aid, or related field.
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years (s).
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 30 years.
- Minimum of two years experience working with vulnerable communities, basic needs, social service experience, and/or advocacy programs.
- Experience working with Non-Governmental organizations or local governmental authorities.
- Good communication skills and ability to conduct training and awareness.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Good organizational and management skills.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary: Negotiable.
