Role: Senior Executive and Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Collect and preserve the daily Actual Manpower report line-wise.
Prepare a daily productivity report.
Prepare Contract Manufacturing Costing (CM Costing) for Export Sales.
Monitor daily Product Consumption entries in ERP software (Line and subline-wise).
Collect monthly Actual Payroll to prepare the average Salary and wage cost for standard and actual costing purposes.
Update recipes in ERP Software.
Update Packing Material information in ERP Software.
Assist in the preparation of Standard and Actual Costing.
Summarise the yearly Sales Forecast (SKU-wise).
Data Collection from the production floor as per requirement.
Electricity and Steam cost analysis and line-wise cost allocation
Line-wise cost analysis.
Prepared a monthly consumption report and production efficiency report.
Analysis of Cost sheet and Landed cost.
Prepared a machine efficiency analysis report.
Conduct a line-wise production process.
Prepared a monthly variance Report.

Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Information Systems, and Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting.
A partially qualified CMA Degree will be advantageous.
Skills Required: Product Costing and budgeting, Production costing.
Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s).
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Product Costing and budgeting.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG).

Additional Requirements:

Age at least 25 years.
Only males are allowed to apply.
Adequate knowledge of MS Word, Advanced Excel skills, and PowerPoint.
Candidates having experience working with ERP will be given preference.
Should have sufficient knowledge in accounting, financial planning, costing, budgeting, and others.
Visit the factory from time to time.
Good communication skills both in English and Bangla.
Should have analytical skills.

Job Location: Dhaka (Farmgate), Narayanganj (Rupganj).

Salary: Negotiable.
