Role: Sales Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Data Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor sales and KPI data from over 115+ DB Houses of Telco business units.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and insights to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
MIS and Data Validation:
- Conduct thorough data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency between anchor data and Mokam CPG internal systems.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports to track business performance and operational efficiency.
- Implement processes to streamline data validation and reporting procedures.
Insight Generation:
- Extract actionable insights from sales and KPI data to drive business growth and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives based on data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to top management and Digital Cluster Heads to support strategic decision-making.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather data requirements and share reports.
- Collaborate with Digital Cluster Leads to align analytics efforts with organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between DB Houses and management to address data-related issues and drive performance improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, MIS, Statistics, or any related field.
- Professional Certification: Microsoft Certified- Power BI Data Analyst will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in core sales, sales analysis, and data management, preferably within the telecommunications industry in Bangladesh.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business intelligence, Data Science, Data Structures, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, and Power BI. - Familiarity with MIS functions and data validation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Additional requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams with a fast decision-making mindset in any agile, accountable situation.
- Preferred to have a good orientation of modern ERP solutions.
- Deep understanding of sales and KPI metrics within the telecom sector.
- A detail-oriented approach with accuracy in data validation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to address business challenges.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.
Job Location: SKS Tower (4th Floor) VIP Road, Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka.
Salary: Negotiable.
