Job Responsibilities

Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, building codes, and building materials and systems.
Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
Working with the Project Manager in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
Coordination with the Consultant(s) for drawing and decision collection.
Coordinate the work of consultants and contractors.
Supervise the construction works, follow approved plans, and maintain proper specifications.
Monitor all changes/modifications of drawing for preparation of as-built drawing.
Preservation of all forms of drawings for project documentation.

Additional requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
3-5 years of architectural experience in any reputed consulting firm or real estate company.
Experience in working on commercial building design, office interiors, landscaping, and LEED-certified projects will add an advantage.
Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability.
