Role: Executive and Sr. Executive 

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiarize with the community doctors’ practices and specialities; develop and maintain potential Doctors’ databases within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals in the community by keeping contact with the Medical Association and medical Institutes, collecting information about the doctors operating in those institutes and maintaining a good relationship with the doctors.
• Achieve monthly targets from assigned territory as set by management.
• Organize event management like seminars, Health Clinic, etc, involving community physicians, keeping excellent public relations & rapport with concerned people, and supporting logistics.
• Travel to assigned areas and Out-stations of different districts for doctor visits, increase referrals, and subsequent business development.
• Communicate hospital image to the visited locality doctors and also invite doctors to publish journals in hospital medical journals.
• Prepare a monthly activity plan and activity report with target achievement performance to submit to the Sales Manager.

Requirements: 

• Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA / Master's degree in marketing / International Business / Pharmacy / Bachelor's degree with advanced training in graphic design with 3 years experience as Officer / Sr. Officer in the related field. 
• Candidates with prior experience in the field of pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales will be preferred.
• Experience Requirements: At least 3 years (s).

• Age 26 to 40 years.
