Role: Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on occupational health and safety leadership.
• Stay abreast of legal, regulatory, and company requirements and communicate pertinent changes to management and staff.
• Implement and advocate the TCCC/company-advised Road Safety strategy.
• Manage Road Safety requirements for depot and sales, CDE staff, overseeing supervision, training, and motivation.
• Monitor and ensure performance aligns with agreed targets and indicators, efficiently managing PPE and other resources.
• Analyze casualty data and provide insights for casualty reduction policy, strategy, and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain connections with external organizations and agencies, researching ways to minimize casualties.
• Lead efforts to enhance the Company Fleet Safety Index and conduct warehouse safety assessments.
• Creation and distribution of the bottler dashboard to the entire leadership team, including the bottler.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical from a reputed University.
• Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), NEBOSH (IGC)/IOSH.
• 5-8 years of work experience in Fleet Management, Road Safety, Safety Management systems, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork to act in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
• Result-focused and Initiative driven.
