Role: Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct PSI/Demand Planning for Products and Service Spare Parts.
- Source both Foreign and Local parts, place orders, and ensure timeliness.
- Audit inventory regularly to prevent unnecessary orders.
- Perform Pre-cost and Post-cost analyses.
- Handle NOC requirements from Government authorities.
- Generate Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
- Strategize for cost minimization.
- Coordinate part shipments and track new product models.
- Liaise with the factory for parts support.
- Manage local purchases and ensure timely bill payments.
- Conduct supplier research and negotiate for optimal value.
- Maintain organized vendor records and manage changes.
- Communicate with the factory on material status.
- Monitor supplier performance and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with departments for business growth plans.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Finance for shipment schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management.
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Real Estate, Group of Companies.
Additional Requirements:
- A goal-oriented professional with experience in the supply chain, planning, logistics, operations, warehousing, and project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel and Word).
- Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics.
- Hands-on knowledge working with suppliers – relationships and technical knowledge are a must.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and managerial experience.
- Demonstrated analytical ability in all aspects of Supply Chain function.
