Role: Manager in QC, R&D and Automotive

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead research projects focused on developing new paint and coating formulations, additives, and technologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to guide R&D efforts effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and technicians, to translate research findings into innovative products.
• Manage R&D budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to understand their coating requirements and specifications.
• Develop customized coating solutions to meet the performance, durability, and aesthetic demands of automotive applications.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams, including product demonstrations, presentations, and customer training sessions.

Requirements:

• Master's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Any advanced degree post post-graduation diploma in paints or coating is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QC, R&D, and automotive coating within the paint and coating industry.
• Proven experience in Product Development in GI and Auto OEM Coating, TAS and PU Metallic B/C, and Clear Coating Technology.
• Knowledge about solid monocot and COB systems for automotive body application, gloss enamel, QD enamel, Epoxy Primer, and Rozc primer.
• Strong technical expertise in paint and coating formulation, testing methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Innovation and problem-solving attitude.

Job Location: Habiganj. 

Salary: Negotiable.
