Role: Management Trainee Officer in HR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Help maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, including document verification and orientation.
  • Employee Records: Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin team, including managing office supplies and organizing meetings.
  • Compliance: Assist in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reports and Documentation: Prepare reports and documentation related to HR and Admin activities as required.

 Requirements:

  • BBA /MBA with a major in HRM/Management with a good academic track record.

Additional Requirements:                                                      

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

 

Job Location: Dhaka.
