Role: DGM

Job Responsibilities: 

• Plan and lead the entire QC dept.
• Assure quality of construction works and materials.
• Daily project visits are essential to ensure quality work and materials.
• Help project engineers and site supervisors to attain quality projects and quality work.
• Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams.
• Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.
• Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
• Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference.
• Preferred Professional Certification: PMP.
• Training/Trade Course: Project Management.
• Skills Required: Monitoring and Reporting, Project Monitoring, Supervision.
• Experience Requirements: At least 15 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QC, QC and Compliance, and Quality controlling.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Group of Companies, and Real Estate.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 35 to 45 years.
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position and at least 15 years of experience with reputed Real Estate companies.
• Experience of high-rise projects preferably with basements will be considered as an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination, and a proactive attitude, especially with project engineers.
• Clear perception about the quality of construction works.

Job Location: Dhaka (Uttara)

Salary: Negotiable.
