Role: Executive and Sr. Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in formulating strategies to build a long-lasting digital connection with customers.
- To create, develop, and edit original content for activities related to online marketing.
- To copy, write, source, amend, and upload images, videos, and other content for online marketing.
- To plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter Etc.)
- To launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc., to increase company and brand awareness.
- To be actively involved in SEO efforts (Keyword, Image Optimization, Etc.)
- To prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- To provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
- To collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
- To measure the performance of digital marketing activities using a variety of Web Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
- To acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
- To maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
- Engage with the online community, respond to user comments, and drive brand engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of published content using web analytics tools.
- Any other task instructed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation from a reputed University.
- Candidates having a BBA/MBA major in Marketing as well as relevant work experiences/ industry exposure will get the privilege.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro-based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Paint.
Additional Requirements:
- Age at most 35 years.
- Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint Knowledge of web analytics tools SEO and Digital MarketerStrong communication and presentation skills.Understanding of Digital Platform Social Media Handles.
Job Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka.
Salary: Negotiable.
