Role: Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the development of Production processes, methods, and production controls.
• Responsible for making an effective monthly production plan.
• Prepare and design layout of man, machine, and materials based on order to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain test and in-house test documentation of R&D.
• Look after the Production machine and operation.
• Prepare a report on -daily production, and finished goods stock, and submit it concerning authority.
• Maintain stock ledger of raw materials, chemicals, flavor, and packing materials for running.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to the distribution point.
• Any other assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). 
• Skills Required: Production Management.
• Experience Requirements: 10 to 15 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production/ Operation Management.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 40 years.
