Role: General Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective operations of the company to ensure the ultimate business outcome i.e. sustainable profitability of the company.
• Oversee and manage the entire operations division like Sales Operations, PMD, and Marketing while coordinating with production, supply chain, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Work on Sales and Marketing of the world’s top-ranked Animal Healthcare related Vaccines (FMD Vaccine, Live Vaccines, etc.) both nationwide and in the international arena.
• Work on local and government tender-related issues associated with Animal Healthcare.
• Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and implement corrective actions as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive innovation in operations.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance throughout the organization.

Requirements: 

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
• Skills Required: Analyzing sales metrics, Data Analytics, Management and Leadership, Problem Solving Skills.
• Experience Requirements: At least 10 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Vaccine, Product Management Department of Animal Health Products, Sales Marketing Animal Health Sector. 

Additional Requirements: 

• Age 40 to 50 years.
• Only males are allowed to apply.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
