Role: Project Engineer and Deputy Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the Head office and Project office for the smooth decision-making process.
• Project planning, organising, supervising, scheduling and coordinating.
• Quality control, ensuring proper safety at sites, defining the problems and identifying the areas of improvement.
• Follow up detailed work programs and manpower status at sites day to day basis.
• To prepare a monthly program with a material budget as per the master program.
• Supervise site engineers and non-technical staff.
• Capable of handling High rise building works independently.
• Require extensive knowledge regarding cast/fair face concrete formwork, casting and finishing works.
• Overall responsibility for managing project matters.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. /Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/Organization (Preferably from Public University and Public Polytechnical Institute).
• Experience Requirements: 12 to 15 year(s).

Additional Requirements:

• Good communication ability (both written and verbal).
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Real Estate Developers only.
