Role: Assistant Manager and Sr. Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Have the capability to make decisions that affect the safety and security of cargo operations within the USBA network.
• Should conduct cargo operations by applicable regulations and standards as laid down in this manual.
• Candidates shall maintain and retain all operational documents (manuals, circulars, etc).
• Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external authorities who have a direct impact on business.
• Responsible for ensuring OTP is maintained even though ground time is reduced due to late arrival of flights. Ensure quick turnaround procedures are followed, and Cargo loading/ unloading is carried out smoothly under effective supervision and control.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external authorities who have a direct impact on business.
• Responsible for efficiently handling outbound and inbound Cargo to and from the station.
• Ensure proper packing, marking, and weight is mentioned on the packet/IDG before acceptance.
• Ensure proper segregation/trolley makeup is done and that the cargo is dispatched to Candidate  from the warehouse properly with all relevant documents.
• Ensure proper messages are forwarded to various destinations of the location of cargo and documents etc.
• Ensure incoming cargo is properly segregated and delivered to the consignee and ensure proper messages are sent of discrepancies if any.
• Ensure that Cargo Agents are issued correct Airway bills.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 
• MBA in any discipline from any reputed university will be preferred. 
• Skills Required: Computer skills, Experience in Cargo Section in any airline will be given preference, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote.
• Experience Requirements: 2 to 4 years (s).

Additional Requirements:

• Age 27 to 35 years.
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Knowledge of EU and FAA cargo regulations (RA3 and others). 
• Ability to maintain liaison with relevant authorities.
• Should have good computer knowledge, especially in MicrosoftOffice.
• Good communication ability in English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership quality to lead the Cargo team
• Prerequisite knowledge, skills, and experience in cargo operations.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of IATA rules and Cargo handling procedures.
