Role: Junior Officer (HRD)
Job Responsibilities:

New Candidate recruitment and selection process from Job advertisement, Shortlisting of CV's, interview arranging, joining, placement and orientation, Preparing appointment letter.

Cross-check daily employee attendance and prepare monthly employee attendance reports.

Prepare different types of notices and various reports on HR & Administrative works.

Ensure that all employees' personal files and profiles in HRM Software are updated.

Required Qualification and Experience:

Master's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management. Candidates with a Professional degree such as MBA/ Post Graduate degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, will be given preference.

At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position.
