Role: Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager (Engineering)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions wherever necessary. Supported technical matters in PD, QC, and other production areas.
• Plan and execute modification, and installation of machinery and infrastructure as and when required. Plan and execute formal training for personnel of the engineering department with updated technology. 
• Take up activities for continuous development of technical skills and motivation of subordination.
• Ensure the safety of machinery and workforce of the plant. Organize purchases for operation and maintenance, equipment, and other utilities.
• Monitor preventive and Predictive maintenance schedule in line with SOP and maintain coordination of maintenance teams to perform maintenance on equipment and factory machines as per schedule and to ensure maximum productivity of the machinery.
• Monitor all sorts of documentation and validation of machinery to confirm life cycle analysis and to ensure strict adherence to cGMP compliance.
• Monitor calibration of equipment in line with SOP and preserve records to reduce the breakdown of machinery.
• Maintain strong relationships with other functions of the organization and provide the necessary information, productivity related to engineering data, and operation performance to the top management regularly.
• Assist management in developing new ideas and innovations, including machinery selection.
• Introduce new technologies and develop processes to automate the processes.
• Any other activities as assigned by the supervisor to meet business requirements.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies.

Additional Requirements: 

• Age at least 28 years. 
• Pharma-experienced candidates will be preferred.

Job Location: Narayanganj.

Salary: 70000 BDT - 140000 BDT.
