Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
• Ensure sales growth and explore untapped markets.
• Lead sales team (SR/Sales Officer) and assess the sales performance according to KPI.
• Manage distributors and ensure the availability of products to the assigned territory.
• Analyze sales data to understand sales trends and competition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any recognized university by UGC with 1st division or CGPA above 3.25.
• Candidates from a Business background will be preferred.
• Strong communication skills and good command of MS Office.
• Mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
