Job Responsibilities:

Formulate a core business strategy to enable growth. Create and develop a long-term growth plan and strategic objectives - Setting the long-term aspiration for the business and the strategic growth map. Be the thought leader on collaboration opportunities ahead of the curve. Play the role of a Strategic advisor to the board. Accountable for the P&L and overall financial health of the company: Responsible for profit targets of the company. People leadership across the core and extended teams to align them behind a prioritized roadmap, ensuring business priorities are met.

Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Skills Required: Marketing.
Experience Requirements: 20 to 24 years(s).
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consumer Durables - Sales and Marketing.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care.

Additional Requirements:

Age 40 to 60 years.

Prior experience as a Sales Head, PandL ownership as a business owner with minimum 20-25 years experience with proven ability to manage and grow a business with strong experience in Sales/ Customer Development with a leading FMCG company. Entrepreneurial mindset. Strong bias for action. Comfortable with ambiguity. Appetite for pushing boundaries and taking risks. Driven by the need to explore new ideas. Proven capabilities in attracting and developing a talented workforce.
