Role: Medical Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing the total activities of the hospital /department under a Specialist/Registrar and Sr. Medical Officer.
• Responsible for managing and supporting all related clinical activities in the department in the absence of the specialist/Registrar and Sr. Medical Officer.
• Develop and approve the monthly plan of clinical activities.
• To supervise patient scheduling, registration, medical records, and data entry.
• Service delivery through good relations with patients, respect for the patient's rights, good relations with colleagues; and observance of professional ethical obligations.
• An adequate assessment of the patient's condition, based on the history and physical examination.
• To provide for appropriate investigations and appropriate treatment and to keep clear, accurate, medical records about the relevant clinical findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with 2 years' experience or PGT in the relevant field will get preference.
• Experience: At least 2 years.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 22 years.
• Sound Knowledge of collecting patient history and with all general and surgical needs.
• Attitude: Caring and Patient-centered; Target oriented and proactive to bring changes.
• Service delivery through good relations with patients (Workers and Staff), respect for the patient's rights, good relations with colleagues; and observance of professional ethical obligations.
• Keep clear and accurate medical records.
• Ensure the weekly updates to the management.
• Must have Computer skills, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Must have excellent communication skills both in Bengali and in English.
• The candidate will work as a full-time employee.
• Cannot work anywhere else as a part-time employee.
