Role: Professor and Associate Professor (ENT)

Job Responsibilities:

To ensure academic functions with training to the students of the concerned department, testing, and training to doctors.
To ensure proper treatment services to the patients with the assistance of associate professors, assistant professors/consultants/ other doctors, nurses of the related department, and with the help of all other staff.
To ensure the related department's research work, supervision, superintendence, and approach.
To ensure the management of the concerned department.
To confirm management of information flow of related dept.
To cooperate to implement the decision or resolution of the hospital management committee and other committees.
To conduct and inspire BCC works.
To play an effective role in hospital waste management including cleanliness of the related department.
To ensure continuous development of professional skills with medical education of the related department.
To maintain inter-divisional, inter-institutional, and international communication for treatment, education, and research.
To play a role in diagnosing public health problems and preventing related diseases.
To maintain or sustain the professional morality and humanity for patient’s treatment and services.
To perform other duties assigned by higher authority.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS).
Experience: At least 5 years.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital.

Additional Requirements:

Job Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka.

Salary: 80000 - 90000 BDT.
