Role: Assistant Product Manager (Fertilizer)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare an appropriate marketing plan and strategy for a responsible portfolio.
- Develop new business, extend the product line, and work on possibilities for local business diversification.
- Monitor national sales achievement against the budget as well as the target concerning volume and value and evaluate individual product performance.
- Maintain the assigned product portfolio division and provide the appropriate business direction aligned with the sales team.
- Prepare and implement effective sales and promotional plans for assigned products.
- Prepare and update the costing of assigned products with the price change of raw and packing materials and other parameters like devaluation of currency, change of duty structure, etc.
- Visit the market to assess and update the performance of ACI Fertilizer as well as the competitors and after that formulate a competitive strategy according to the prevailing situation.
- Meet the turnover, gross margin, and EBT (Earning before Tax) target by aligning business objectives.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Agriculture / BBA or MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum of 05 years of successful track record in sales/marketing, especially in the agribusiness industry.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent business acumen
Job Location: ACI Centre, Dhaka.
Salary: Negotiable.
