Job Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-audit and post-audit of all different kinds of bill vouchers to ensure compliance with existing policies and management approval of respective concerns.
• Checking the procurement and disbursement procedure of the respective area.
• Checking the Banding Bill with physical verification.
• Prepares reports and preserves documentation about audits for internal records.
• Conduct market surveys for price verification and report preparation.
• Physically confirm all personnel of factory level for salary payment.
• Check monthly Salary and wages sheet and Overtime.
• To be checked all kinds of incentives, Festival Bonus, employee benefits, arrear or unpaid salaries and wages, leaves encashment bills, and TA/DA with records.

Requirements:

• Post Graduation in Accounting/ Management from any reputed institution.
• Any professional degree will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Audit, factory audit, Internal Audit, Inventory Audit.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG).

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 22 years.
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Candidates must have the mentality to work in the factory based on the rostering assigned by the departmental head.
• Adequate knowledge of IAS/IFRS, Tax, VAT, and Company Act.
• Smooth in TALLY Software operation, Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and passion for growth.
• Proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team.

Job Location: Dhaka, Gazipur.
