Role: Executive/ Sr. Executive

Job Responsibilities: 

• Organize and execute workshops/ awareness sessions for customers on BSRM products before and after sales as required.
• Handle all technical queries of the customers on products.
• Address and handle product-related issues and customer grievances as required.
• Work closely with key account customers/ project stakeholders/engineers to address and promptly resolve issues about BSRM products.
• Assist Product Design and Innovation by communicating customer feedback on new or existing products/services.
• Conduct Internal technical training for the sales team on exciting/new products.
• Maintain close relations with external stakeholders like eminent academicians from different engineering universities.
• Visit the consultants, architects, and design engineers to promote the BSRM products being used in structural designs.
• Maintain and update the database of all categories of consultants, developers, construction companies, and teachers of the Civil and Architectural departments of universities.
• Ensure engineer conversion to BSRM products from other competitors.
• Support in conducting workshops and seminars on BSRM Products/Services.
• Collect new projects/prospective client information from consultants/architect firms.
• Create and maintain a database of infrastructure projects and monitor the mega projects under Govt. agencies such as RHD, PWD, BBA, NHA, EED, LGED, BR, WASA, PDB, RAJUK, etc.
• Provide technical support to create marketing materials/leaflets etc.
• Facilitate the plant visit of consultants, engineers, customers, or contractors as required.

Requirements: 

• Graduation/ Post-Graduation in Civil Engineering from a reputed public or private university. In addition, an MBA will be considered as an added advantage.
• Skills Required: Excellent Presentation Skills and strong communication skills.
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s).

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
