Foodpanda is an online food and grocery delivery platform owned by Berlin-based Delivery Hero and it is currently the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia, outside of China, operating in 12 markets across Asia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Vendors
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Prepare reports on account status
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by Vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably major in Marketing.
• Students from reputed local and foreign universities are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2 to 5 year(s) experience 
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Sales, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales & Marketing

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 26 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Independent and confident self starter.
• Proven track record of adaptive personality combined with proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent English and Bengali communication skills with time management ability and structured approach to work.
• You are entrepreneurial, curious, flexible, and highly motivated.
• Knowledge of the foodpanda business model and interest in startups and food industry!
