Role: Project Director

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide strategic guidance and support to the Deputy Project Director and team members.
• Lead the establishment of strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage the project, including coordination with subgrantees and vendors.
• Ensure synergy among project activities and initiatives.
• Act as a strategic liaison with donors, government bodies, civil society, and other stakeholders.
• Uphold high standards of stewardship in resource mobilization and allocation.
• Ensure financial integrity, accountability, and compliance with relevant financial policies.

Requirements

• Minimum Required: Master’s degree in government/ political science, business administration, or related fields from a reputed University.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years

Additional Requirements

• Preferred: Non-profit setting with remote team structure, and experience in a fast-paced environment with a small team.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable.
