Job Responsibilities:

Creating designs for marketing materials, social media posts, branding, and advertisements.
Creating sketches, storyboards, and visual mockups to present ideas to clients or stakeholders.
Collaborating with copywriters, illustrators, and other designers to ensure visual consistency and a unified message.
Selecting appropriate color schemes, typography, and graphic elements to convey the desired message.
Developing visual style guides to ensure brand consistency across all media.
Conducting research to stay up-to-date with current design trends and emerging technologies.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Preparing final designs for production or implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master in Fine Arts from any reputed university. Dhaka University will get preference.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years (s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising Agency.

Additional Requirements

Age at least 23 years
Proficiency in Knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and other relevant design tools.
Must be an expert in 2D Motion Design
Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion design.
Experience designing for brands, social media, and advertising.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
Knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
