Role: Jr. Executive and  Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive orders from a salesperson.
• Prepare depot stock reports through ERP Software.
• Prepare dealer invoices according to the order.
• Provide a party statement and relevant documents to the salesperson as per requirement.
• Open Temporary Code through software.
• Input Temporary Credit Limit in Software and Process.
• Update received Finished Goods from the factory in software.
• Update party-wise cash/cheque received in software.
• Cross-check input of cash/cheque with Accounts.
• Prepare urgent product indent and send to distribution.
• Give Sales Booking in terms of product unavailability.
• Prepare daily sales orders, daily closing sales reports, and due product lists and share them with sales and distribution.
• Follow up with salespeople regarding party balance, aging, and party Commission Report.
• Update the Cheque Deposit date to the Sales officer.
• Preserve invoice-related documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in any discipline from any reputed University.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years.
• Applicants should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Package (Word and Excel).
