It was established in 1663 by François de Montmorency-Laval as Séminaire de Québec, making it Canada's oldest higher education institution and the first in North America to provide higher education in French.   • Applicants Must have Published two Scientific Articles (for PhD).
  • Applicant Must Have an Unconditional Offer of Admission at the Laval University for a Full Time Program to Be Considered for Scholarships.
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency Certificate, either IELTS/TOEFL, Accepted by the Laval University for Admission

Scholarship Duration
