Role: Monitoring Supervisor (Bank or Finance DEBT Collection)

Job Responsibilities:

• Correspondence with Bank or Finance.
• Business Generation: To explore business prospects, respond to new disbursement opportunities and enhance the portfolio and Maintain MIS.
• Follow-up Executive: To follow up executives, equipped with proper assessments.
• Refinancing Portfolio: To ensure availability of refinancing options from individual portfolios to reduce the cost of lending thereby leading to profitability.
• NPL ratio: Maintain a standard NPL ratio as per department's requirement.
• Team Work: To help the implementation of social projects, rapport build up with relevant departments, strategic alliances sanctioned to the branch.
• Must attend bank or finance monthly or weekly meetings.
• Make sure particular files update from the executive and provided to the Bank or Finance.

Target achievement:

• Create an opportunity for a new bank or finance for DEBT collection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s).

Additional Requirements:

• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Priority for Bank or Finance experienced person or Defense person.
• Leading capability is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 years' experience in any non-bank financial institution/ bank.
• Should have good analytical ability and high-level professional integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities.
• Good command in Computer application. Must have a sound knowledge in MS Office.
