Role: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

Job Requirements:

• Applicants should have a minimum 4 years' graduation in any subject/discipline from a Public University or a top-ranked Private University with at least a CGPA of 3.5 out of 4.00 and a minimum GPA of 4.5 out of 5.00 in SSC, HSC, and equivalent levels.

Selection Procedure and Salary: 

• The selection process will be purely on a merit basis. Candidates meeting all the criteria will have to sit for an online cognitive test. The candidates, qualified in the assessment, will have to sit for a group interview. Finally, candidates qualified from this interview will be called for a daylong assessment center and final interview.
• Selected MTOs shall remain on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a consolidated salary of BDT 40,000 per month. 
• During the probation period, the MTOS will have to go through rigorous on-the-job and training programs. 
• On satisfactory completion of the probation period, the MTOs will be confirmed as Permanent Staff in the regular scale of the company (BDT 45,000) with other admissible benefits.
