Vacancy Type: Training and Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs assessment (TNA).

  • Develop and maintain a training calendar for the effective execution of training programs.

  • Help the HR lead in implementing the Learning Management System (LMS) module in the HRIS system.

  • Develop training programs, materials, and resources, keeping in view overall training objectives.

  • Plan, organise and facilitate training events.

Academic Requirements:

  • BBA/MBA majoring in Human Resource Management.

  • PGD in HRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:

  • Candidates with 2-4+ years of experience in the relevant field.

Salary: 25,000 to 40,000
